support levels

Crikey has introduced the following support levels.

Bronze

- Limited support via email ONLY
Bronze support level only applies to the Cheapskate plans.. Its a very cheap plan and for that you will get very limited support, we'll be up front with you about this now!. For example, if you dont know how to create a email account and ask for help, we'll point you to the cpanel wiki site instead of telling you step by step what to do.. Or if you ask why your script isnt working we'll refer you to the script vendor..  If you need help setting up your email with outlook or thunderbird, you're on your own and will need to work it out or ask a friend..  Basically the only support you will get will be if your site or email stops responding in which we'll gladly assist if its a server-wide issue.  Please do not expect phone support at this level. Silver and Gold support levels take priority over Bronze, so there maybe delays in answering your support requests.

Silver

- Unlimited support via email only
Silver support level will give you unlimited support online via email or the helpdesk ticketing system. We'll take a look at all your issues and get back to you promptly, during business hours this means within an hour or two or sooner. Please note phone support is not available at this support level unless its very urgent and you dont have email or internet access.

Gold

- Phone & Unlimited email support
Reserved for clients on the Biz plans, Gold support level will give you the best support you can expect from a decent hosting provider. We still recommend submitting a support request online, but if you cant thats fine. Give us a call during business hours to have your questions answered and problems solved.

Domain Name Support

All domain name enquiries must go through the helpdesk ticket system.
