My site has stopped responding, my email isnt working, whats wrong?
There could be several reasons why this has happened to you. Your first step would be to check the server status page, if everything is green then its not likely to be a server issue. You may also visit this website http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and see if the site is down for just you or if it is really down. If that site says its up and the server status and service announcements dont mention anything then you may start looking at your local network and ISP for answers. Start by rebooting all your equipment including modem/router. If symptoms persist, please lodge a support request.
My site is down, and server status reports there is an issue, what should i do?
Firstly, dont panic!.. Our servers & networks are monitored very closely and its quite likely we're already aware of the problem and working on it. The last thing we need is a flood of emails and calls whilst trying to fix an issue as this will only delay things, so please do check the service announcements page before taking any action and keep an eye on that service announcements page.
