oops, i misplaced that password, help?

To recover a .AU domain password
Visit this page and enter your domain name and request the password. It will be sent to the registrant email address on record. If this email is no longer correct you will need to login to your client area and lodge a support request to have that updated.

To recover a global domain EPP/Auth code - .com, .net etc
1. Login to your client account at https://www.crikey.net.au/clients/
2. Click on 'My Domains'
3. Click the icon to the right of the domain you need the auth code for
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Get EPP Code'
5. Check your email for the automated email. It may take 5-10 mins to be delivered, please also check your junk/spam folders.

If you dont see an option for 'Get EPP Code' then you will need to lodge a support request for the epp code to be sent to you.
